With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and the Facebook Pixel to understand how visitors use this site. These tools may collect:

- Amazon SES (via Remail) — contact form emails are routed through Amazon Simple Email Service. Your name, email, and message are transmitted to deliver your enquiry to us.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — analytics data is processed by Google LLC. Google may transfer data internationally. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — marketing data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Neon — database hosting for client and invoice data (admin use only, not public visitor data). See Neon's Privacy Policy.
6. data retention
- Contact form enquiries: Retained in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage ongoing communications, typically no longer than 2 years.
- Analytics data: Governed by Google's and Meta's own retention policies.
- Cookie consent preference: Stored in your browser's localStorage until you clear it or change your preference.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
